A prestigious fashion event was held in Mayfair recently, hosted by none other than renowned international supermodel Naomi Campbell. The charity dinner, held in aid of Fashion for Relief, took place the Downtown Mayfair. One of the area’s most exclusive and iconic restaurants, and attracted plenty of A-list attendees.
Guests included iconic British model Kate Moss, as well as current faces Georgia May Jagger and Lily Donaldson. All of whom looked impossibly glamorous as they walked the red carpet. Famed UK designer Vivienne Westwood even made an appearance. Highlighting the high profile nature of the event in the industry.
Although the area may not play host to supermodels on a daily basis. Mayfair is certainly one of the city’s fashion hubs. Centres such as the Burlington Arcade are busting with designer labels. Which are frequented by celebrity shoppers on a regular basis. The area is also bordered by iconic locations like Bond Street and Savile Row. Home to hundreds of exclusive stores, tailors and designers – from Chanel and Christian Dior to Myla and Mulberry.
