Sons & Co are the latest luxury property development company to snap up property in the heart of London’s Mayfair. Founded by the Stocker Brothers and funded by Faisal Butt and James Caan’s Hamilton Bradshaw Real Estate. The company has invested £24.25m in a property on Charles Street.
Prime location.
Charles House at 18B Charles Street is a Grade II listed building that is currently home to serviced offices. The Stocker brothers Alex and Christian, plan to apply for planning permission. They are going to turn the 14,000 square feet of space into four luxury apartments, each with staff accommodation. It’s estimated that the value of the project on completion will be around £50 million.
International appeal.

The company’s prior developments include a range of luxury apartments at Palace Gate. As well as the development of a new-build house in Pont St. Mews. Whilst Hamilton Bradshaw Real Estate has previously invested in companies, such as The London Management Company and Accouter Design. They are an interior design firm owned by Alec Watt.
